You can pay for elcell’s services in any of the following ways:
1. On-line payment.
Payment can be made via elcell’s website going to the section Customers and then to My Page. Payment transactions are processed at the processing center of Azericard, where all major international cards such as Visa, Mastercard, Mastercard Cirrus Maestro, Visa Electron are accepted.
2. Via ATMs.
Via ATMs that are connected to Azericard system (ATMs of International Bank of Azerbaijan , Capital Bank, Kauthar Bank, Mugan Bank, NBC Bank, Bank Nikoil, Parabank, Pasha Bank, Rabitabank, Royal Bank of Baku, Bank of Baku, Bank Respublika, Bank Silk Way, Standard Bank, Technikabank, Turan Bank, United Credit Bank, Xalq Bank, YapiKrediBank Azerbaijan, “AtaBank”, Bank Avrasiya, “Bank of Azerbaijan”, Azerbaijan Credit Bank, Gandja Bank, “AGBank”,”DekaBank KB” and “Gunay Bank” ). In Section “Payment for Services” with further indication of your invoice number
3. Universal payment cards.
Payment can be made via elcell’s website with elcell’s universal payment cards worth 10, 25 and 50 AZN. Go to the section Customers and then to My Page.
Universal payment cards can be obtained from elcell’s distribution network. You can find more information here
4. Via bank transfer.
Payment can be made via bank transfer. Every invoice shows elcell’s bank account details. When you pay by bank transfer, we would be very grateful if you could tell the bank staff your log-in or the number of the invoice.
5. Customer service offices.
A warm welcome awaits you at elcell's Customer service office at 39 Khagani st. For your convenience, payment can be made by cash, VISA or MasterCard.
