Essential knowledge and skills:
- Software installation
- Set up, service and technical maintenance of computers
- Awareness of computer hardware
- General knowledge of web technologies, office and service programs
- Maintenance of office equipment
- Language skills (Azeri, English and Russian)
- Customer service and communication skills
- Has 1-3 years of previous experience in IT field
Duties:
Application of company methods in dealing with customer service
- Dealing with company equipment and software
- Conclusion and implementation of contracts
- All issues related to the technical part of customer service
- Investigate customer complaints and orders
- Provide correct technical support for each individual customer and awareness of company procedures related to customers
